The Ionosphere Institute implements a comprehensive set of internal measures for the prevention and combating of corruption.

The measures are aimed at establishing a system of value-based and ethical anti-corruption guidelines for institute staff, preventing corrupt practices, and enhancing the effectiveness of anti-corruption legislation implementation within the institute’s activities.

Among these measures is an annual internal analysis of corruption risks. Based on the analysis results, the institute takes all necessary actions to eliminate the identified corruption risks. On March 20, 2023, at a meeting of the institute’s administrative and managerial staff and employees, a report was presented on “Explanation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Combating Corruption’” and “Implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015–2025.”

The 1424 call center provides citizens with consultations on the following issues:

– Combating corruption;

– Submissions to the Anti-Corruption Service;

– On the progress of reviewing applications and reports;

– Other issues within the competence of the Anti-Corruption Service.
